The Process

The general steps taken in order to provide you with a custom piece are as follows:

Step One – Get In Touch
Contact Jorey via email or phone and let him know what it is you’re looking to have made. Sometimes you already know exactly what you want or have a concept in you mind Jorey will work with you to provide an accurate design and quote. You can also book in an appointment to visit the workshop to view timber samples and discuss your project in person.

Step Two – Price Estimate
Jorey will provide you with a ball park estimate based on the information provided. If it is a custom design, we will render a  SketchUp design to give you a better understanding what the final piece will look like. If the estimate is within your budget then you will both proceed to the next stage.

Step Three – Design & Quote
There are multiple design options available. Jorey will be in touch to discuss these options with you. Once a final design is approved, Jorey will provide you with an official quote and if approved a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. A lead time will also be provided.

Step Four – The Build Begins!
This is where your ideas are brought to life. It’s very important to Jorey that you enjoy the process as much as he does so you are welcome to visit his workshop to view the journey of your piece to its completion. When the project is complete, Jorey will contact you to arrange final delivery.
